Phil joined the firm in 2006. He has over 15 years of practice in personal and business taxation for both federal and state. He also has experience working with international affiliates on foreign tax issues. Phil provides consulting and tax solutions to a diverse group of clients including individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and trusts. Phil specializes in working with high net worth clients and with private equity firms and their owners. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from as well as his Masters in Business Administration from Western New England University.

Phil is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA).

He is very active in the community as a volunteer with the Cory J Garwacki Foundation. He enjoy’s coming home and playing with his two dogs Blaze and Penny.
