Marie stepped up and took on the workload of a staff member who was retiring.  She was willing to put in the extra time and effort to make sure these additional clients needs were met without hesitation while still completing the workload needs of her own clients.  She is always willing to assist her teammates and has assisted onboarding new employees sharing her bookkeeping skills.
