Audit Manager
DESCRIPTION
- Assist audit staff in planning, fieldwork, and delivery of services to clients.
- Review work performed by team members providing constructive feedback.
- Answer technical and procedural questions; training and mentoring team members.
- Ensure compliance with established firm quality control procedures.
- Assist clients with potential mergers and acquisitions by analyzing information, calculating key ratios, identifying areas of savings, etc.
- Participate and conduct in-house educational seminars for staff.
- Build strong working relationship with clients.
The successful candidate will have:
- CPA
- Minimum of four years of public accounting experience.
- Experience in performing audits and reviews of for profit entities, and not-for-profits organizations.
- Ability to research pronouncements and the proper application to client situations
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Desire for challenging work and career advancement.
