Audit Manager

DESCRIPTION

  • Assist audit staff in planning, fieldwork, and delivery of services to clients.
  • Review work performed by team members providing constructive feedback.
  • Answer technical and procedural questions; training and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure compliance with established firm quality control procedures.
    • Assist clients with potential mergers and acquisitions by analyzing information, calculating key ratios, identifying areas of savings, etc.
    • Participate and conduct in-house educational seminars for staff.
    • Build strong working relationship with clients.

The successful candidate will have:

  • CPA
  • Minimum of four years of public accounting experience.
  • Experience in performing audits and reviews of for profit entities, and not-for-profits organizations.
  • Ability to research pronouncements and the proper application to client situations
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Desire for challenging work and career advancement.
