On Thursday, November 8, members of MP participated in the MSCPA Western MA Bowling Tournament which took place at Spare Time in Northampton, MA.  It was a fun filled night of competitive bowling.  The firm came away as the State Champion!!

During the month of October, the firm, conducted a clothing drive to benefit The Essential Thrift at The Friends of the Homeless located at 755 Worthington Street, Springfield, MA.  Over 20 bags of gently-used clothing items were donated on November 1.  The staff at the Friends of the Homeless were very appreciative of the firm’s donations.

A cold and windy day didn’t stop six members of our team from participating in the first running of the Rotary Club of West Springfield Donut Dash 5K. The event took place at Mittineague Park in West Springfield and welcomed more than 100 participants. The money raised will go to help fund several local organizations. MP had a great showing having winners in three different divisions, and the overall winner Richard Landry. We want to congratulate the entire team for their efforts and for bringing home the Team Title. It was a great day for a run, a great cause, and we look forward to next year’s run already. Here are a few pictures from the event and a great piece put together by 22WWLP.com highlighting the event.

It was a cold, rainy day on Tuesday, September 25th 2018. The event took place in a field in the middle of nowhere (just kidding it was Addieville East Farm in Rhode Island). The event combines a clay-shooting tournament, an outdoor concert, fund and sportsman-like contests and demonstrations, and fine-dining along with fireworks. This event, along with others put on by The Light Foundation, is to provide at-risk youth with unique outdoor learning experiences that assist them  in meeting and exceeding their goals. Matt’s vision has always been to support larger nonprofit groups’ efforts and impact more kids from around the country.
